About Julie

Julie LaCroix, M.A. Ed., Certified Career Counselor, helps adults across the country launch, pivot, and grow their careers with clarity and confidence. She offers both individual counseling and affordable online programs for those needing direct support, and for independent learners.
Julie began her career in business, working in sales and trading at Merrill Lynch and Bloomberg before founding a successful boutique recruiting firm. But it was her deeper purpose—helping people find meaningful work—that led her to career counseling.

Her work has supported universities, corporations, and boards of education nationwide.
Julie brings heart, insight, and strategy to every session—and absolutely loves what she does.
